Easy Whole Wheat Bread

 
2 cups milk, scalded
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
2 teaspoons smart salt
5 1/2 whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons honey
1 package of yeast
1/4 cup warm water
 
Scald milk and add oil, molasses, honey and smart salt.  Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to mixture when its lukewarm.  Stir in flour and mix well.  Cover bowl with damp cloth.  Let rise and punch down.  Knead and divide into 2 loaves.  Put in greased pan, brush with butter and let rise, covered.  Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.  Remove from pans.  Makes two loaves.
