Tero has been involved with several winning functional food ingredient concepts, including the highly successful Xylitol launches in Asia. Deborah A. Rolf, Executive Vice-President, Americas, has also over 30 years of experience in the food and food ingredients markets, prior to Smart Salt as President North America, Danisco A/S. Deborah has wide-ranging exposure to the US food ingredients market and will lead our activities to create a strong presence with American processed food manufacturers Tapio Maki, Chairman and Founder, has 12 years experience in start-up ventures and business development.
